Plantain "potato" fries



Plantain "potato" Fries

- 1 plantain per person, they are filling

- Drizzle of olive oil or any oil of your choice
- Salt

Directions: 

In a non stick pan drizzled with evoo arrange the slices of plantain (peel and slice like a banana) 
Let roast on medium heat until crispy and brown on one side then flip for the other side to brown. Sprinkle with salt

Serve warm with ketchup on the side.
