Yams




Beautiful roasted yams, wrap in foil and bake on a tray in a 400 F degree oven.
When squishy and knife inserted easily inside all the way to the middle you know they're done!

At this point you can enjoy them just as they are or drizzle some maple syrup or sprinkle maple sugar, a dollop or butter or butter flavoured EVOO from Olive That!

You can also bake with them by removing the flesh from the skin and adding it to cakes, pastries, pancakes, waffles.. the possibilities are endless!!
