Recipe: Three-Cheese Fondue

Say I love you with this easy, cheesy fondue from the Cheese Boutique’s Afrim Pristine!

Ingredients:
  • 250g Appenzeller
  • 250g Emmenthal
  • 250g Gruyere
  • 2oz white wine
  • 2oz kirsch
  • 1 tbsp of white flour
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1 sprig of thyme
Method:
  1. Take garlic and rub the inside of fondue pot.
  2. Add white wine and kirch and cook off alcohol.
  3. Add grated Appenzeller, Emmenthal, and Gruyere then stir until melted.
  4. Add flour and stir until thick consistency.
Pair fondue with things like apples, bread, mini sausages and caperberries.
