Roasted Radishes



I discovered that you can roast a radish!

-Radishes (washed and sliced)
-Salt
-Black pepper
-A dash of mustard powder
-A Drizzle of honey

Bake on 425 for 15 minutes or until roasted.

Drizzle with a little more honey and serve!

They took just as quick as asparagus (which I simply dressed with salt, black pepper, olive oil and a squeeze of lemon)
