Honeydew Granita



SO SO SO GOOD!!! Not a big melon fan here, usually they give me an itchy throat (other than watermelon) but I LOVED this!!!

Honeydew Granita: Blended the fruit, strained it and mixed in simple syrup, lemon juice. Threw it into a glass bake ware and froze it for an hour, mixed it up with a fork and repeated every 20 mins until it looked like above.

Backing up to summer here but this is some good stuff, I've been eating it all day long! Will probably make more tomorrow with the rest of the juice in the fridge.
